Whether college education should be free or not triggers a heated debate. Many people think that education should not be free because the huge financial burden would generate a gigantic budget deficit for the government. However, I believe that college education should be free. Reasons and examples are given below.
First of all, having free college education would let student focus more on their education instead of working or looking for a job. There are many students who do not have enough money to pay their tuitions. Thus, they have to spend a lot of time to work, and it wastes their time and opportunities to complete their academic pursuit. Therefore, having free college education would let them pay much more attention on academic pursuit. Secondly, there are many people who really want to go to college but are very poor and cannot afford the tuition. As a result, they lose the chance of learning. However, everyone should be equal and have the same learning opportunities. Thirdly, when college education becomes free, there will be more and more people attending college, so assumingly there will not be many people becoming homeless or are without educated in a society. When more people attend college, the average level of education individual receives becomes higher in a society, and those with higher education could create more wealth for the country.

There are many moves in the three examples that I collected the letter to the editors. Firstly, in all of the letter to the editors, the writers used many examples of others to support their arguments. Secondly, in the third letter, the writer called on everyone to support global health in order to protect the health of women in the world. Thirdly, in the first letter, the writer also used the example of her own to illustrate her point in order to persuade her audiences.
